Jan. 3rd, 2013 06:14 pmName: Irving Braxiatel
Canon: Doctor Who Expanded Universe (primarily Gallifrey audios, as I play him)
Age: Old. At least 1000, possibly more. By appearance, seems to be somewhere in his 40s.
History: Complex. The wiki has a pretty good overview
Species: Time Lord (Prydonian chapter)
Physical Appearance: Reasonably tall (~6 feet), with impeccable - and expensive - dress sense. Most often found wearing suits, which usually trend towards darker colors, with black being the more common. Dark hair that's beginning to gray a bit - he wears it short and neatly kept. His expression generally tends towards a politely neutral expression or politely amused one. Additionally, despite being not human, he looks perfectly human to anything short of most medical scans or someone trying to take his pulse - this beats in double time under a stethoscope and two pulses can be found in each wrist.
For those interested, voice clips can be found here and here, with potential spoilers for the later seasons of Gallifrey at the second link.
