Backtagging: Yes, absolutely! I love backtags, and will usually backtag forever myself
Threadhopping: Sure!
Fourthwalling: I'd rather not (and Brax is from a comparatively obscure corner of canon besides).
Offensive subjects (elaborate): None off the top of my head. If something comes up mid-thread I'll send a PM.
[IC]
Hugging this character: Sure! He might be a little surprised by it, though.
Kissing this character: Go for it! Brax is highly unlikely to return it in most cases, however.
Flirting with this character: Sure!
Fighting with this character: Brax is not much of a physical fighter, and prefers to avoid that sort of direct confrontation. That said, I'm completely okay with him getting into fights if it comes up.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): Sure, but for anything more major (broken bones, etc) I'd appreciate a heads up first.
Killing this character: Maybe. I'm not against it, but talk to me first.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Brax is natively telepathic himself - while there's nothing stopping anyone from making an attempt, given the general tenor of Time Lord society and his own inherent secretiveness, he most likely has remarkably impressive mental defenses. If your character would be inclined to try and get past those, feel free to shoot me a note and we can work things out.
Warnings: Brax is noted in canon to be a talented hypnotist - to the point that he's implied to only need his voice to bring someone under his control. However, while he is certainly capable of altering people's memories (and this is what he prefers to do, as opposed to the more overt 'you will obey me' style of hypnotism), he prefers not to do so unless there's no other option available to him at the time. Whether or not he's actually telepathic at a range is something that canon has not yet indicated; if he is, he shows no inclination to listen in on people's thoughts, and this will continue on in Altered States.
I will always ask before Brax uses his hypnotism on anyone, regardless of the reason he's doing so. If you would prefer to not have him poking around in your character's mind, for any reason, let me know here and I'll steer clear of it.
